JACKSON COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST MINNESOTA COTTONWOOD COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST MINNESOTA DICKINSON COUNTY IN NORTHWEST IOWA * UNTIL 1145 PM CDT * AT 1018 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WERE PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINFALL OVER THE WARNED AREA.
