  TO SHOW THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN OVER WOODBURY COUNTY...WITH
  THE HEAVIEST RAINS OVER SOUTHERN WOODBURY COUNTY. THE STORMS WERE 
  MOVING EAST AT 20 MPH.

ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
