IN SERN ND IS TIED TO THE TRAILING END OF THE SFC TROF AND THE
REGION OF HIGHER INSTABILITIES (LOWER LIS) CENTERED OVR CNTRL ND AND
SOMEWHAT AUGMENTED WITH A WEAK MID LVL SHTWV AXIS DROPPING THROUGH
THE CNTRL DKTAS IN THE NW FLOW PATTERN. ACTIVITY W OF DVL IS ALSO
