WILDLY UNSTABLE AIRMASS IN VICINITY OF THIS BOUNDARY WITH LI/S AS LOW AS -13C BUT WARM MID-LEVEL TEMPS HAVE SUPRESSED CONVECTION ACROSS MOST OF ND/SD ASIDE FROM FAR WEST.
