THE EARLY AFTERNOON....THEN INTO EASTERN MINNESOTA BY EVENING.
AHEAD OF THIS FRONT SURFACE DEW POINTS IN THE MID TO UPPER 60S WILL
COMBINE WITH SURFACE TEMPERATURES IN THE 80S TO MAKE A VERY
UNSTABLE AIRMASS.

AREA OF CONCERN...SLIGHT RISK OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS THIS MORNING
