  NORTHERN OTTER TAIL COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL MINNESOTA

* UNTIL 200 AM CDT

* AT 944 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN CONTINUE TO MOVE ACROSS NORTHERN
  OTTER TAIL INTO WADENA COUNTY...ALONG A LINE FROM JUST NORTH OF
  PELICAN RAPIDS TO PERHAM TO SEBAKA AND WADENA.  THESE STORMS
  CONTINUED TO MOVE TO THE EAST AT 20 MPH AND RE-DEVELOP OVER THE SAME
  AREAS.

* NEW YORK MILLS...PERHAM...BLUFFTON...SEBEKA...WADENA AND VERNDALE
  WILL BE AFFECTED BY THE HEAVY RAIN. RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF TWO
  INCHES PER HOUR WILL BE LIKELY CAUSING FLOODING OF ROADS AND
  CREEKS.
