  A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 3 MILES WEST OF ELGIN...MOVING EAST AT 20 
  MPH. GOLFBALL SIZE HAIL HAS BEEN REPORTED IN THIS STORM.  ALSO A
  TORNADO WAS REPORTED IN THIS STORM EARLIER IN THE AFTERNOON SO THE
  STORM IS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING TORNADIC WINDS.
