COMAL COUNTY HAYS COUNTY * UNTIL 1130 PM CST * AT 835 PM CST...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN OVER PARTS OF HAYS AND COMAL COUNTY...MOVING EAST AT 25 MPH. EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES.
