MEDINA COUNTY BEXAR COUNTY * UNTIL 1130 PM CST * AT 831 PM CST...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN OVER PARTS OF MEDINA AND BEXAR COUNTY...MOVING EAST AT 25 MPH. EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES. ADDITIONALLY...COUNTRY ROADS AND FARMLANDS ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS AND OTHER LOW LYING AREAS ARE SUBJECT TO FLASH FLOODING.
