BLANCO COUNTY * UNTIL 815 PM CST * AT 521 PM CST...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN 7 MILES NORTHWEST OF BLANCO...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH. 2 TO 3 INCHES HAVE FALLEN SOUTH OF HWY 290 FROM EARLIER STORMS.
