  TRAVIS COUNTY

* UNTIL 645 PM CST

* AT 339 PM CST...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  RAIN ACROSS MUCH OF TRAVIS COUNTY...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.  RUNOFF
  FROM HEAVY RAIN WILL BE HEAVIEST DURING THE RUSH HOUR.     

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS
IMMINENT. MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES. DO NOT
