EDWARDS COUNTY * UNTIL 200 AM CDT * AT 1058 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN 5 MILES SOUTHWEST OF ROCKSPRINGS...MOVING NORTH AT 15 MPH. OTHER THUNDERSTORMS WERE DEVELOPING SOUTH AND WEST THIS THUNDERSTORM. RAINFALL RATES OF 1 TO 2 INCHES PER HOUR WERE INDICATED. THIS WILL MOVE INTO AREAS THAT RECEIVED VERY HEAVY RAINFALL AND FLOODING EARLIER TODAY. BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT QUICKLY. MOVE UP TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT STAY IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
