THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AUSTIN SAN ANTONIO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  BEXAR COUNTY

* UNTIL 330 PM CDT

* AT 128 PM CDT...THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL WERE MOVING
EAST THROUGH BEXAR COUNTY AT 15 MPH.  A SPOTTER AT VANCE JACKSON AND
DE ZAVALA REPORTED 2.29 INCHES IN THE LAST 35 MINUTES.  THE HEAVIEST
RAINFALL WAS ALONG HIGHWAY 281 ACROSS MUCH OF BEXAR COUNTY.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
