REAL COUNTY EDWARDS COUNTY KINNEY COUNTY UVALDE COUNTY VAL VERDE COUNTY...INCLUDING THE DEL RIO METROPOLITAN AREA... * UNTIL 5 PM CDT * AT 1 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED AN AREA OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINFALL BETWEEN DEL RIO AND UVALDE. MOVEMENT WAS TOWARD THE NORTH AT 15 MPH. A FLASH FLOOD WATCH IS ALSO IN EFFECT THIS AFTERNOON FOR EDWARDS...KINNEY...REAL...UVALDE AND VAL VERDE COUNTIES.
