THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AUSTIN SAN ANTONIO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  VAL VERDE COUNTY

* UNTIL 900 AM CDT

* AT 453 AM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
RAINS JUST EAST OF JUNO WITH OTHER STORMS TRAINING NORTHWEST AT 20
MPH OVER THE SAME AREA EAST AND SOUTHEAST OF JUNO.  HOURLY RAINFALL
RATES NEAR 2 INCHES WERE OBSERVED BY DOPPLER RADAR AT 5 AM.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
