NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER THE COOKS RANGE OF NORTHERN LUNA COUNTY...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 5 MPH. STATE HIGHWAY 26 BETWEEN DEMING AND HATCH MAY BE UNPASSABLE DUE TO WATER RUNNING ACROSS THE ROADWAY. * DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY.
