  DEVELOPING TORNADO 6 MILES NORTHWEST OF INDEPENDENCE...OR 5 MILES
  EAST OF KANSAS CITY...MOVING EAST AT 40 MPH.

* THE TORNADO IS EXPECTED TO BE NEAR...
