  DEVELOPING TORNADO 2 MILES EAST OF GLADSTONE...OR 7 MILES NORTH OF
  KANSAS CITY...MOVING EAST AT 25 MPH.

* THE TORNADO IS EXPECTED TO BE NEAR...
