SCOTLAND COUNTY IN NORTHEAST MISSOURI CLARK COUNTY IN NORTHEAST MISSOURI * UNTIL 800 AM CDT * AT 554 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN WAS BEGINNING TO END ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. * NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES INDICATE FROM 5 TO 7 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER PORTIONS OF THE WARNED AREA.
