DES MOINES COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST IOWA MCDONOUGH COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL ILLINOIS HANCOCK COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL ILLINOIS HENDERSON COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL ILLINOIS * UNTIL 230 AM CDT * AT 1035 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAINFALL ARE AFFECTING DES MOINES AND HANCOCK COUNTIES...AND ARE BEGINNING TO AFFECT HENDERSON AND WESTERN MCDONOUGH COUNTIES.
