SCOTLAND COUNTY IN NORTHEAST MISSOURI JEFFERSON COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST IOWA VAN BUREN COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST IOWA * UNTIL 1215 AM CDT * AT 911 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN WERE AFFECTING THE WARNED AREA. DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES THAT UP TO 1 INCH OF RAIN HAS FALLEN IN WESTERN PORTIONS OF THESE COUNTIES IN THE LAST HOUR.
