AREA FORECAST DISCUSSION NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DES MOINES IA 910 PM CDT FRI MAY 26 2000 IMPRESSIVE BREAKOUT OF TSRA IN MO BUT SITUATIONAL AWARENESS WARRANTED A CLOSE SCRUTINIZATION OF THE SOUTHERN TWO TIERS OF COUNTIES THIS EVENING SO I DID NOT HAVE AN OVER ABUNDANCE OF TIME TO LOOK AT A LOT OF MODEL DATA.
