DAVIS COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST IOWA * UNTIL 1030 PM * AT 730 PM...LAW ENFORCEMENT REPORTED FLASH FLOODING ALONG SOAP CREEK NEAR FLORIS...OR ABOUT 14 MILES SOUTH OF OTTUMWA. OTHER STREAMS AND CREEKS AFFECTED ARE CHEQUEST...BURR OAK...SALT...AND HICKORY CREEKS. * SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAINFALL WILL CONTINUE IN THE WARNING AREA OVER THE NEXT 2 HOURS.
