EXTREME SOUTHWESTERN MAHASKA COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL IOWA NORTHEASTERN MONROE COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL IOWA * UNTIL 1000 PM * AT 653 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED FLASH FLOOD PRODUCING THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUING OVER NORTHEAST MONROE COUNTY AND SOUTHWEST MAHASKA COUNTY...AND REDEVELOPING NORTHWEST INTO MARION COUNTY. * THUNDERSTORMS ARE CONTINUOUSLY REDEVELOPING OVER THE WARNING AREA...RESULTING IN EXCESSIVE RAINFALL.
