* AT 412 PM CDT...DODGE CITY DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE
  THUNDERSTORM 4 MILES NORTHWEST OF BIG BOW...MOVING EAST AT 10 MPH.
  A SECOND STORM WAS 4 MILES NORTH OF MANTER...MOVING EAST AT 10 MPH.
