* AT 654 PM CDT...DODGE CITY DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE
  THUNDERSTORM 6 MILES NORTHWEST OF LAKE COLDWATER...MOVING NORTHEAST
  AT 20 MPH.

* SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED
  7 MILES NORTHWEST OF BELVIDERE AT 740 PM CDT.
  6 MILES SOUTH OF HAVILAND AT 745 PM CDT.
