...FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR NESS AND RUSH COUNTIES UNTIL 100 AM CDT...

AT 855 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN PRODUCING
THUNDERSTORM MOVING SLOWLY SOUTH THROUGH THE NORTHERN HALF OF NESS
AND RUSH COUNTIES. RAINFALL TOTALS FROM THESE STORMS COULD EASILY
SURPASS 1 TO 2 INCHES PER HOUR FOR THE NEXT 2 HOURS.

AT 850 PM CDT...A SPOTTER IN NORTHEAST NESS COUNTY NEAR BROWNELL
REPORTED WATER WAS ONE FOOT AWAY FROM BEGINNING TO COVER A PORTION
OF HIGHWAY 4.

GIVEN THE RATE THE RAIN IS FALLING...SOME ROADS MAY FLOOD. NEVER TRY
TO WALK OR DRIVE ACROSS A FLOODED ROUAD.
