TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN FELL SINCE MIDNIGHT IN SOUTHEAST COMANCHE AND
SOUTHWEST BARBER COUNTIES. ADDITIONAL THUNDERSTORMS OVERNIGHT WILL
PRODUCE HEAVY RAIN AND MAY RESULT IN FLASH FLOODING...ACROSS THIS
