THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS EXTENDED THE

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  WESTERN LARAMIE COUNTY ESPECIALLY CROW CREEK  
   
* UNTIL 200 AM MDT

* AT 1130 PM MDT...LAW ENFORCEMENT PERSONNEL REPORTED NORTHERN CROW  
  CREEK OUT OF ITS BANKS NEAR COUNTY ROAD 109 IN THE WESTERN PART OF 
  THE COUNTY.  LIGHTER RAINS HAVE CONTINUED ACROSS THIS AREA...      
  WITH RUNOFF FROM PREVIOUS HEAVY RAINS CREATING THE MOST PROBLEMS.
  OTHER FLOODING PROBLEMS WERE STILL REPORTED ON PARTS OF HAPPY JACK
  ROAD.     

THE RUNOFF INTO THE CREEK SHOULD GRADUALLY DIMINISH OVER THE NEXT 
FEW HOURS...BUT THE CREEK WILL REMAIN HIGH AND OUT OF ITS BANKS OVER 
THE WESTERN PART OF THE COUNTY.  IF YOU LIVE IN A FLOOD PRONE AREA 
ALONG CROW CREEK TO THE WEST OF CHEYENNE...BE PREPARED TO MOVE TO 
HIGHER GROUND IF NECESSARY.
