THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN STATE COLLEGE PA HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SOUTHERN SOMERSET COUNTY.

* UNTIL 300 PM EDT.

* AT 1150 AM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED 
  MORE HEAVY SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN ACROSS 
  SOUTHERN SOMERSET COUNTY.

* IN ADDITION...MORE SHOWERS AND STORMS OVER OHIO WILL CONTINUE TO 
  MOVE EASTWARD ACROSS SOUTHERN SOMERSET COUNTY INTO EARLY THIS
  AFTERNOON.

SOME SPOTS ACROSS SOUTHERN SOMERSET COUNTY HAVE ALREADY RECEIVED 
UPWARDS OF 2 INCHES OF RAIN SO FAR THIS MORNING.  ADDITIONAL HEAVY 
RAINFALL IS LIKELY...AS STORMS CONTINUE TO MOVE ACROSS SOUTHERN 
SOMERSET COUNTY THROUGH EARLY AFTERNOON. RUNOFF FROM THIS HEAVY 
RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING ACROSS THE SOUTHERN PORTION OF 
THE COUNTY...MAINLY SOUTH OF THE TURNPIKE.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED. 
MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
