THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN STATE COLLEGE PA HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SOMERSET COUNTY.

* UNTIL 515 PM EDT.

* AT 203 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL 13 MILES SOUTH OF SOMERSET...
  MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.

SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS ARE PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAINFALL IN 
SOMERSET COUNTY. ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINFALL IS SOUTH OF THE COUNTY 
AND IS FORECAST TO CROSS INTO THE COUNTY OVER THE NEXT HOUR.  

IF YOU LIVE NEAR A STREAM OR CREEK...PAY EXTRA ATTENTION AS THE
