THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN STATE COLLEGE PA HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  COLUMBIA COUNTY.

* UNTIL 1130 PM EDT.

* AT 825 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL 10 MILES NORTH OF  
  BLOOMSBURG...OR NEAR BENTON. THE STORM WAS NEARLY STATIONARY.

SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS ARE PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAINFALL IN THE 
WARNED AREA. RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH 
FLOODING...MAINLY ACROSS NORTHERN COLUMBIA COUNTY. RADAR ESTIMATES 
SHOW UP TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN BETWEEN 730 PM AND 830 PM 
NEAR BENTON.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED. MOVE TO
