THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN STATE COLLEGE PA HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SOMERSET COUNTY.

* UNTIL 815 PM EDT.

* AT 503 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  AN AREA OF THUNDERSTORMS OVER SOUTHERN SOMERSET COUNTY. THE STORMS
  WERE NEARLY STATIONARY.

SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS ARE PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAINFALL ACROSS 
SOUTHERN SOMERSET COUNTY. RUNOFF FROM THESE STORMS HAVE ALREADY 
CAUSED BASEMENT FLOODING IN SALISBURY. RADAR ESTIMATES SHOW 2 TO 3 
INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN IN THE PAST HOUR ACROSS THE REGION. 

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED. MOVE TO
HIGHER GROUND.
