THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN STATE COLLEGE PA HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  PERRY COUNTY.
  CUMBERLAND COUNTY.

* UNTIL 745 PM EDT.

* AT 445 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  A NEARLY STATIONARY THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL
  CENTERED OVER THE RIDGE BETWEEN MARYSVILLE AND CAMP HILL IN 
  EASTERN PERRY AND CUMBERLAND COUNTIES.

THIS THUNDERSTORM HAS PRODUCED BETWEEN 2 AND 2 AND A HALF INCHES OF 
RAIN DURING THE PAST HOUR. FLOODING OF STREETS AND LOW LYING AREAS 
IS EXPECTED IN THE LOCAL AREA BETWEEN MARYSVILLE AND CAMP HILL IN 
EASTERN PERRY AND CUMBERLAND COUNTIES. SMALL STREAMS AND CREEKS MAY 
ALSO OVERFLOW THEIR BANKS. 

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED. MOVE TO
HIGHER GROUND.
