THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN STATE COLLEGE PA HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  BEDFORD COUNTY.

* UNTIL 815 PM EDT.

* AT 509 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  THUNDERSTORM WITH EXCESSIVE RAINFALL OVER BEDFORD...MOVING
  NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH.

BEDFORD COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT REPORTED FLASH FLOODING IN 
PROGRESS DUE TO THE HEAVY RAINFALL.  ROADWAYS ARE FLOODED AND 
STREAMS AND CREEKS ARE RAPIDLY RISING. 

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED. MOVE TO
HIGHER GROUND IMMEDIATELY.
