* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  YORK COUNTY.
  LANCASTER COUNTY.

* UNTIL 630 PM EDT.

* AT 326 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
  AN AREA OF SLOW MOVING SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS CENTERED ABOUT 4  
  MILES SOUTHWEST OF MILLERSVILLE.

THE SLOW MOVING SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE PRODUCING HEAVY RAIN 
OVER AREAS THAT RECEIVED FLOODING RAINS FRIDAY EVENING. RUNOFF WILL 
CAUSE LOCALIZED FLOODING IN LOW LYING AND POOR DRAINAGE AREAS...AND 
CAN BE EXPECTED TO LAST WELL INTO THE EVENING HOURS.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
