* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  YORK COUNTY.
  LANCASTER COUNTY.

* UNTIL 915 PM EDT.

* AT 605 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
  A NEARLY STATIONARY AREA OF THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL 
  10 MILES SOUTH OF WILLOW STREET...OR ABOUT 9 MILES WEST OF         
  QUARRYVILLE.

* THE VERY HEAVY RAIN IS EXPECTED TO REMAIN OVER THE AREAS BETWEEN   
  SAFE HARBOR AND MILLERSVILLE...SOUTH THROUGH SUNNY BURN THROUGH    
  AROUND 730 PM. RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE      
  FLASH FLOODING OVER THE AREA FROM SAFE HARBOR SOUTH INTO SUNNY     
  BURN.
