* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  REFUGIO COUNTY IN TEXAS

* UNTIL 300 PM CST

* AT NOON CST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  AN AREA OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS MOVING INTO WESTERN REFUGIO   
  COUNTY.  THIS RAINFALL WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.
  RAINFALL OF 1 TO 2 INCHES PER HOUR IS LIKELY AS THE SHOWERS AND    
  THUNDERSTORMS MOVE ACROSS REFUGIO COUNTY BETWEEN NOON AND 2 PM. 

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
