THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CLEVELAND HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  OTTAWA COUNTY IN OHIO...

* UNTIL 400 PM EDT

* AT 149 PM EDT WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED...SLOW MOVING 
THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN IN WESTERN OTTAWA COUNTY JUST 
NORTH OF GENOA.  TWO TO THREE INCHES OF RAIN IS ESTIMATED BY RADAR 
TO ALREADY HAVE FALLEN IN THIS AREA.  ANOTHER INCH OR TWO OF 
ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAIN IS EXPECTED THROUGH 230 PM AND WILL LIKELY 
CAUSE FLOODING TO BEGIN ON ROADWAYS IN LOW-LYING AREAS AND IN SMALL 
STREAMS.

* SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED INCLUDE...

  GENOA

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
