THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CLEVELAND HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  LUCAS COUNTY IN OHIO...

* UNTIL 245 PM EDT

* AT 1243 PM EDT WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED..

* SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED INCLUDE...
  SYLVANIA
  TOLEDO

A THUNDERSTORM CONTINUED TO BUILD ACROSS NORTHERN LUCAS COUNTY FROM 
SYLVANIA TO TOLEDO.  RADAR ESTIMATES INDICATED FROM 3 TO 4 INCHES OF 
RAIN HAS FALLEN WITH THE STORM SINCE 1130 AM WITH THE HEAVIEST NEAR 
SYLVANIA.  FLOODING OF ROADWAYS HAS BEEN REPORTED WITH THIS STORM IN 
SYLVANIA AND IN OTHER AREAS OF NORTH CENTRAL LUCAS COUNTY.  

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THESE STORMS WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES. ADDITIONALLY...COUNTRY
ROADS AND FARMLANDS ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS AND OTHER
LOW LYING AREAS ARE SUBJECT TO FLASH FLOODING.
