THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN COLUMBIA HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  BARNWELL COUNTY IN CENTRAL SOUTH CAROLINA

* UNTIL 530 AM EDT.

* RADAR INDICATES RAINFALL AMOUNTS AROUND 6 INCHES IN THE BARNWELL
  AREA AND AREAS SOUTH AND EAST OF BARNWELL. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL
  OF 1 TO 3 INCHES IS LIKELY AND FLOODING WILL OCCUR IN POOR DRAINAGE
  AREAS.

THE BARNWELL COUNTY SHERIFF REPORTED SOME FLOODING ON ROADS 
IN BARNWELL. NEVER ATTEMPT TO DRIVE ON A FLOODED ROAD.
MOVING WATER CAN SWEEP A VEHICLE AND ITS OCCUPANTS OFF THxE ROAD. 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS SINCE IT IS HARD TO RECOGNIZE THE DANGER AT NIGHT.
