THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN COLUMBIA HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  BAMBERG COUNTY IN CENTRAL SOUTH CAROLINA

* UNTIL 600 AM EDT.

* RADAR INDICATES RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 3 TO 6 INCHES HAVE OCCURRED 
  IN BAMBERG COUNTY. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL OF 1 TO 3 INCHES WILL
  OCCUR AND FLOODING WILL OCCUR IN POOR DRAINAGE AREAS. THE THREAT
  APPEARS GREATEST IN THE AREA EXTENDING FROM BAMBERG TO GOVAN.

NEVER DRIVE ON FLOODED ROADS. IT TAKE LITTLE WATER TO SWEEP A
VEHICLE OFF THE ROAD AND INTO DEEPER WATER.
