EASTERN ONTARIO COUNTY IN WESTERN NEW YORK. * UNTIL 100 PM EDT. * AT 1212 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM ABOUT 11 MILES SOUTH OF GENEVA...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 45 MPH. * THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WILL BE NEAR...
