* AT 120 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN MOVING ACROSS SAINT LAWRENCE 
COUNTY. RAINFALL AMOUNTS IN EXCESS OF ONE INCH PER HOUR WAS
OCCURRING.
