EAST CENTRAL HIDALGO COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF EDCOUCH * UNTIL 145 PM CST * AT 120 PM CST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM OVER ELSA....MOVING NORTHEAST AT 15 MPH. VERY LARGE HAIL IS POSSIBLE WITH THIS SEVERE THUNDERSTORM. IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF THE STORM...PUT YOUR CAR IN A GARAGE AND MOVE TO A SUBSTANTIAL SHELTER. REMEMBER TORNADOES CAN AND DO OCCUR WITH SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WITH LITTLE OR NOW WARNING. HEAVY RAINS MAY FLOOD LOW LYING AREAS SUCH AS DITCHES AND UNDERPASSES.
