THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN BIRMINGHAM HAS ISSUED A...

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  JEFFERSON COUNTY IN CENTRAL ALABAMA...

* UNTIL 100 AM CST.

* AT 906 PM CST...HEAVY RAIN PRODUCING FLASH FLOODING WAS REPORTED
  IN HUEYTOWN BY THE EMA OFFICE.  ONE FOOT OF RAIN WAS ON SOME
  ROADWAYS IN HUEYTOWN.

* BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
  THE DANGERS OF FLASH FLOODING. DRIVE VERY CAUTIOUSLY.
  DO NOT CROSS FLOODED ROADS AND IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT
  QUICKLY. MOVE UP TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO
