BROOME COUNTY IN CENTRAL NEW YORK. * UNTIL 845 PM EDT. * AT 539 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A THUNDERSTORM WITH TORRENTIAL RAINFALL 5 MILES OVER THE BINGHAMTON AIRPORT. THIS STORM IS ALSO PRODUCING WIND GUSTS OF UP TO 40 MPH. * THUNDERSTORM WITH EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL BE NEAR... CHENANGO BRIDGE AT 550 PM EDT SANITARIA SPGS AT 600 PM EDT.
