* AT 534 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A 
  LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ALONG A LINE        
  EXTENDING FROM 3 MILES NORTHWEST OF ENDICOTT TO 5 MILES SOUTHWEST  
  OF CHEMUNG TO 13 MILES NORTH OF MONTOURSVILLE...MOVING EAST AT 20  
  MPH.

* THUNDERSTORMS WITH EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL BE NEAR...
  CAMPVILLE...ATHENS AROUND 545 PM EDT.
  APALACHIN...BURLINGTON AROUND 550 PM EDT.
