  DEAF SMITH COUNTY IN THE TEXAS PANHANDLE
  OLDHAM COUNTY IN THE TEXAS PANHANDLE

* UNTIL 730 PM CDT

* AT 435 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING 
  VERY HEAVY RAINS OVER DEAF SMITH AND OLDHAM COUNTIES. VERY HEAVY RAINS WILL
  CONTINUE TO MOVE OVER THESE COUNTIES. INTERSTATE 40 MAY BECOME FLOODED AS 
  THE STRONGER STORMS PASS OVER.  MORE THAN 2 INCHES OF RAIN FELL AT SIMMS IN
  DEAF SMITH COUNTY.  RADAR ESTIMATES THAT 3 TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN HAVE FALLEN
