* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  RENSSELAER COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL NEW YORK

* UNTIL 715 PM EDT

* AT 415 PM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  RAIN FROM 6 MILES NORTH OF WYANTSKILL TO 8 MILES SOUTH OF EAST
  GREENBUSH...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 40 MPH.

* FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED ALONG THE MOORDENER KILL...VALATIE
  KILL...WYNANTS KILL AND KINDERHOOK CREEK. TOWNS WHICH WILL BE
  IMPACTED INCLUDE SCHODACK...NASSAU AND STEPHENTOWN. RAINFALL
  AMOUNTS WILL REACH 1.5 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES. ADDITIONALLY...COUNTRY
ROADS AND FARMLANDS ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS AND OTHER
LOW LYING AREAS ARE SUBJECT TO FLASH FLOODING.

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR OCCURRING.
IF YOU ARE IN THE WARNING AREA MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND IMMEDIATELY.
RESIDENTS LIVING ALONG STREAMS AND CREEKS SHOULD TAKE IMMEDIATE
